These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of fluentspanglish.com and the Fluent Spanglish content, study packs, and membership (the “Service”). Fluent Spanglish (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is operated by an individual under the brand name “Fluent Spanglish.” By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
The Service
Fluent Spanglish provides story-based Spanish-learning episodes (free on YouTube), downloadable study packs available for individual purchase, and a “Full Access” membership that unlocks the member library. Features and pricing may change over time.
Accounts & library access
Access to the member library is granted through a license key issued at purchase. Your license key is personal to you — keep it private and don’t share it. To protect members and creators, access is limited to a reasonable number of devices per account, and we may limit unusual download activity. Sharing keys or attempting to circumvent these limits may result in suspension of access.
Payments, subscriptions & refunds
Purchases and subscriptions are processed by our payment provider, Gumroad, and are also subject to Gumroad’s terms. The single episode packs are one-time purchases; the Full Access membership is a recurring subscription (monthly or annual) that renews automatically until you cancel. You can cancel anytime through Gumroad, and your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Because our products are digital and delivered immediately, all sales are generally final except where a refund is required by law or granted at our discretion. License to use the content
When you purchase a study pack or hold an active membership, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the content for your own learning. You may not copy, redistribute, resell, publicly share, or sublicense the study packs, audio, PDFs, or member content, in whole or in part.
Intellectual property
All episodes, scripts, audio, illustrations, PDFs, branding, and other materials are owned by Fluent Spanglish or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Except for the limited license above, no rights are transferred to you.
Acceptable use
You agree not to: share or resell your license key or the content; scrape, bulk-download, or attempt to bypass access controls or device limits; or use the Service in any unlawful way.
Educational disclaimer
Fluent Spanglish is an educational product provided “as is.” We don’t guarantee any specific learning outcome, fluency level, or result. Language content may include regional usage and slang intended for learning context.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fluent Spanglish is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time and cancel a membership through Gumroad.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We’ll revise the “Last updated” date above, and your continued use of the Service means you accept the updated Terms.
